Fader Films will release a new XXXTentacion documentary the following month.
The documentary In His Own Words, directed by Lesley Steele and Rob Stone, is a companion to Look at Me, which was previously released. Fans may anticipate seeing never-before-seen video from a 2017 Fader interview, as well as commentary from the late artist’s management and mother, according to a press statement.
“Cleopatra, Solomon, and I watched the Fader-Jahseh one-on-one interview from 2017,” Stone said of In His Own Words, which is slated to be released on Altavod on Nov. 22. “It was emotional, chilling, insightful, and tragic on a multitude of levels. It instantaneously brought us closer together. It feels only right to share it with his fans and the world, Jahseh in his own words.”
A 25-song compilation project also titled Look at Me was shared at the same time as the streaming release of the aforementioned Look at Me, which is currently accessible on Hulu. The documentary’s director was Sabaah Folayan.
