WATCH: Will Smith reveals his upcoming autobiography titled ‘WILL’

Will Smith is the gift that keeps on giving as the much-respected actor, rapper and film producer can also add “author” to that list of titles.

The 52-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday, sharing the cover for his new book, titled ‘WILL’ which will be released on November 9th and published by Penguin Press.

The cover of the book is artistic to say they least in a colourful portrait picture of the man himself, designed by New Orleans artist Brandan “BMike” Odums, with Smith signing off on the book alongside author Mark Manson.

Smith said in his video announcement that the publication “has been a labor of love,” and has “been working on it for the past two years and it is finally ready.”

As reported by Complex, the content of the book will document Smith’s youth days in Philadelphia, landing the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air role, and his work in films later on during his career like Hitch and Ali.

A 2018 press release described the book as an “inspirational tale of how [Smith’s] true self-knowledge helped to propel him to extraordinary success, and then evolve further to a place of deeper peace – with himself, his loved ones, and the world.”

Will also states on his website that “It’s easy to maneuver the material world once you have conquered your own mind. I believe that.

“Once you’ve learned the terrain of your own mind, every experience, every emotion, every circumstance, whether positive or negative, simply propels you forward, to greater growth and greater experience. That is true will. To move forward in spite of anything. And to move forward in a way that brings others with you, rather than leave them behind.”
