On Saturday morning, President Joe Biden fell off his bicycle while attempting to greet a group of media and locals at Delaware’s Cape Henlopen State Park. He was not hurt in any way.
Secret Service agents sprung into action to help the president get back up after he fell from his bike, according to a video provided on Twitter by CNN.
“I’m good,” Biden, 79, remarked after being pulled up by a Secret Service agent. As he approached a member of the audience, the crowd clapped and yelled for him as he continued to welcome them.
Following the incident, White House officials told that the president’s foot “got trapped on the pedal when dismounting.” “He is fine,” they said.
“No medical attention is needed,” the statement continued. “The President looks forward to spending the rest of the day with his family.”
