Prior to its December theatrical release, Avatar: The Way of Water, the second installment in James Cameron’s Avatar franchise, received a new trailer on Wednesday.
The events of the first Avatar, which was released back in 2009 and ultimately shattered a number of box office records, are picked up more than ten years later in Cameron’s most recent film.
Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaa, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and Kate Winslet are some of the cast members who are well-known. Meanwhile, Cameron collaborated on the screenplay with Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver.
Below is the newest Avatar: The Way of Water trailer. The movie premieres on December 16.
