Watch: Throwback to arguably the most expensive sleep at Super Bowl LIV

The hype and excitement around this year’s Super Bowl, where Tom Brady guided the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 31-9 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, could only remind us of last year’s thrilling game where the Chiefs were on the winning side, defeating the San Francisco 49ers 31-20.

But among all the noise and the energy surrounding Super Bowl LIV, one moment from last year’s edition ended up in one man becoming a social media meme instantly.

It’s what many at the time were calling “one of the most expensive naps ever” where tickets for the Super Bowl were being sold for a whopping average rate of $5000 [€4157]!

Sadly, live fanfare wasn’t as much of an attraction at Super Bowl LV, with 20,000 fans being allowed to attend among thousands of cardboard cut-outs. But hopefully next year’s Super Bowl can bring moments like this:
