Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian abruptly called it quits, but new information about their relationship is coming to light. According to a recent report from Radar Online, Pete Davidson proposed to Kim before they broke up. When Kardashian started dating Davidson in late 2021, things apparently moved a bit too quickly for her. She had planned to slow things down in their relationship, but the New Yorker supposedly surprised her by popping the question.
“He is devastated. Everyone warned him that she was going to push him away, but he didn’t listen,” the source said. “Remember, this is the same guy that proposed to Ariana Grande after just a few weeks. Pete learned nothing from that relationship. He falls hard and he falls fast.”
Kardashian is committed to giving her family her whole attention going ahead despite having a successful job and four kids to take care of, the insider said. Davidson is frustrated that his claimed intentions to marry Kardashian not only failed but also, it appears, resulted in their breakup, even though he had no trouble understanding that dating his ex would come with a lot of baggage.
“Kim is a great mom. She’s fully committed to her kids and any man she meets needs to know that. Pete understood and was fine sharing Kim with her children,” the insider expressed.
