The world was stunned in the most impactful way on this day last year as COVID-19 was confirmed as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation.
365 days later, there has been more than 2.6 million deaths due to the virus with an astronomical 118m global cases that have been recorded.
Whilst this has affected people in more ways than one, there is light at the end of the tunnel for all of us and hopefully we’ll all be back to normality soon.
