Atlanta’s fourth and final season will premiere on FX in less than a month.
Fans of the Donald Glover-created experience got a two-minute preview of what to anticipate from Earn and company on Tuesday with the release of a new trailer for the acclaimed series’ final bow.
On September 15, the last season of Atlanta will begin. Fans of the show will notice Katt Williams’ quick cameo in this most recent sneak peek, which also has Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, and LaKeith Stanfield in the main cast. Of course, the comedian had already starred in the Season 2 episode “Alligator Man,” for which he finally won an Emmy.
The Season 3 finale of Atlanta, “Tarrare,” which was written by Stefani Robinson, highlighted Van, a character played by Zazie. In a May interview with Complex’s Karla Rodriguez, Robinson discussed the episode’s creative goals, particularly its emotional examination of the character’s mental health.
