NFT platform Cryptograph have released a series of never-before-seen photos of the late Kobe Bryant which will be launched in a digital token collection.
The release comes in celebration of Kobe Bryant Day, August 24th, where pictures of the basketball icon were snapped up by famous LA photographer and director Davis Factor from Smashbox Studios.
Fans will be able to see a unique side to Kobe as these pictures were taken when he was a rookie having just entered the NBA more than 20 years ago.
All of the proceeds from each NFT sold will go directly to the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation, a non-profit organisation that Kobe set up to promote positive change for underserved athletes and young women in sports.
Eight individual photos will be available on the marketplace with the winner of the auction having full, 100 per cent ownership of the art. The one-of-a-kind Kobe NFTs went live on Cryptograph on Tuesday, 1pm ET.
