Netherlands left-back Patrick van Aanholt has joined Galatasaray in a free transfer on a three-year deal after his contract with Crystal Palace expired.
Van Aanholt has spent the last four years at the Premier League side having also previously played for Chelsea as a youth prospect before moving to Sunderland from the Blues in 2014.
The 30-year-old was a key part of Frank de Boer’s team for the Euro 2020 campaign, starting in all four games he was involved in, as he has now made 19 appearances for the Oranje.
