Marilyn Manson is being sued for allegedly grooming and assaulting a minor sexually on multiple occasions in the 1990s.

According to Rolling Stone, the woman, who is referred to as “Jane Doe” in the lawsuit, asserts that she was 16 years old when she first encountered Manson in 1995 in Dallas following a show. She and “one of the other younger girls” were allegedly waiting outside his tour bus when they were invited inside.

According to reports, Manson asked about the two’s ages and educational standing and noted their home addresses and phone numbers. According to the lawsuit, Manson “performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct” on Doe while she was still a virgin. Before telling her to “get the f*ck off of my bus” and threatening to kill her and her family if she told anyone, the alleged victim alleges Manson laughed.

According to reports, a band member who has not been named witnessed this occurrence take place in Texas, where the legal age of consent is 17.

According to Doe, a band member gave her a password and phone number that could be used to get in touch with Manson. Manson allegedly chatted with her and asked for sexual pictures of her and her friends.

At a tour stop in New Orleans, Manson allegedly enticed a 16-year-old Doe to come see him and “groomed” her by praising her artwork. Manson allegedly “became more aggressive and assaulted Plaintiff again, including kissing, biting her breast, oral copulation, and penetration,” according to the lawsuit. The legal drinking age in Louisiana is also 17 years old.
