Logic Drops Another New ‘Vinyl Days’ Single, ‘Bleed It’

“Bleed It,” a new song from Logic’s forthcoming Vinyl Days album, has been released.

The track, which lasts about two and a half minutes and is co-produced by 6ix and Logic, is an emotive narrative of the rapper’s youth. “Sometimes I feel like I’m losing my mind / I’ve seen a lot of shit in my lifetime / Playin’ the field, man, I need another lifeline / Fifty-fifty, I was born to be a f*ck-up,” Logic raps on “Bleed It,” on his mother’s alcoholism and the circumstances he was born into.

Vinyl Days will be Logic’s first full-length release since No Pressure in 2020.

The rapper claimed in late May that his 2019 album Confessions of a Dangerous Mind was actually a “satyrical social experiment,” adding, “Make a controversial album and people talk. I’ve never actually admitted this lol.” The message was met with criticism on Twitter, with some calling it the “dumbest thing” they’d seen today and “wildly pretentious.”
