Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie Presley passed away on Thursday at 54 years old.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” her mother Priscilla said in a statement obtained by People. “She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment.”

Presley was admitted to the hospital earlier today after allegedly having a cardiac arrest. According to TMZ, a housekeeper discovered Lisa Marie unconscious and called paramedics to her California home. EMTs were able to restore her pulse, and she was then sent to a neighboring hospital.

Austin Butler received the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Dramatic Motion Picture for his portrayal of Elvis on Tuesday, and Lisa Marie and Priscilla were present. During his acceptance speech, Butler showed his love and gratitude for them both.

When Elvis passed away at the age of 42, Lisa Marie was 9 years old. His only child was her.
