Lionel Messi has put his £5.7 million Miami penthouse on the sale, just seven months after purchasing it

 

 

Lionel Messi’s luxurious £5.7 million ($7.8 million) Miami apartment is up for sale, barely seven months after the Paris Saint-Germain star bought it.

Messi splashed out almost $7 million for the full ninth level of Regalia, an enormous condo skyscraper in Sunny Isles Beach, according to The Real Deal (South Florida Real Estate News) in April.

In 511 square meters of internal space, the penthouse has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 360-degree views of the Miami skyline, an extra 2,100 square feet of terrace space, and a 1,000-bottle wine cooler. Messi bought the apartment completely furnished.

Regalia, on the other hand, has six pools, a spa, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a champagne bar and wine cellar for its inhabitants. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a private chef on site.
