Latto received criticism from a social media troll over the weekend for wearing a pair of cheetah-print underwear twice. The Twitter user commented on a picture of the rapper wearing the same pair of underwear, “Can’t afford new panties?”

The 777 rapper clapped back, “Oh no, it’s the panty police,” as soon as he became aware of the troll’s odd statement.

Latto then made the decision to engage in some of her own trolling by announcing that she would be auctioning off the pair of underwear on eBay.

“In light of my panty discrepancy yesterday, I’ve decided to give you guys an inside look on my panty drawer,” she said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories. “These are all my Target panties that caused such a discrepancy yesterday. $5 at Target, here’s the cheetah stash.”

A few hours later, Latto kept her promise and posted an eBay link for the underwear, with bids beginning at $0.99.

Within a few hours, more than 100 people had made a bid on the underwear, and the price eventually reached an astounding $95,650.

Unfortunately, eBay opted to remove the posting, acting once more as the panty police. According to Insider, eBay claimed that the item broke both the site’s “health and hygiene” rules and its “used clothing policy.”
