The divorce between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is final.
According to court documents filed on Tuesday, the couple, who separated at the beginning of 2021, averted a trial that had been scheduled for next month.
The ex-couple decided against paying spousal support but did agree on a monthly child support payment from West to Kardashian of $200k (£167k).
According to the paperwork submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court, the two will have “equal access” to their kids North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
At Kardashian’s request, the judge ended the two’s eight-year marriage in March by declaring them legally single. However, the judge left open the questions of property and child custody, which would be resolved at a trial that would begin on December 14.
The couple started dating in 2012, and in 2013, they welcomed their first kid. The two got married on May 24, 2014, in an Italian Renaissance fortress after West proposed later that year on the big screen at the empty waterfront ballpark of the San Francisco Giants.
Since Kardashian requested a divorce in February 2021, West has released a number of social media posts about the reality star, including information on the men she has supposedly dated and how she has allegedly granted him only limited access to his kids.
