After hosting two successful live-streaming events at the Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta, Kanye West is set to hold another gig in the build up to his upcoming album, ‘Donda’.
As reported by Complex, the event will be held in Ye’s hometown of Chicago with Soldier Field as the venue. The event is scheduled for Thursday August 26th with tickets to go on sale on Friday.
Kanye’s manager, Abou “Bu” Thiam hinted that this event could finally signal the release of the album as he replied to a fan who asked “after this will he finally drop the album?” with Bu replying “Absolutely!” to a deleted Instagram post.
With so much hype and anticipation around the release of ‘Donda’ while Kanye has remained tight-lipped throughout, fans will have to keep patient for the new album.
