Kanye West shares XXXTentacion collaboration “True Love”

The collaboration single “True Love” by Ye and XXXTentacion is released to streaming sites three months after it first debuted on Kanye West’s Stem Player as the first track on Donda 2.

The song will be included on XXXTentacion’s planned posthumous album Look At Me: The Album, which has yet to be announced. The project will be a companion piece to XXXTentacion’s new Hulu documentary Look At Me: XXXTentacion, which premiered on the streaming service on Thursday. The film’s closing credits feature the song “True Love.”

The cover artwork for “True Love,” designed by Kanye, incorporates handwritten comments from XXXTentacion, which were discovered lately in a personal diary kept by the late rapper’s mother.

The notes include: “Love love love,” “A feeling you just can’t explain,” and “Am I supposed to pretend to be heartless?”
