Kanye West drops out of Rolling Loud Miami 5 days before festival

Rolling Loud Miami will not feature Kanye West.

On Sunday afternoon, the festival shared the news that Kid Cudi would replace Ye. “Due to circumstances outside of our control, Ye will no longer be performing at Rolling Loud Miami 2022. Please welcome @KiDCuDi!” the tweet said. The announcement was also confirmed by Cudi, who tweeted, “Rager boy incoming!”

Kanye, Future, and Kendrick Lamar would perform as the headliners at the Miami festival at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens from July 22 to 24, it was announced back in March.

Kanye also canceled his appearance at Coachella in April as the festival’s headlining act for both weekends. After tussling with Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson in the media, he reportedly canceled due to personal concerns.
