Kamaru Usman put on a show to remember as he defeated Colby Covington for the second time to retain his welterweight belt.
Usman has been on the rise since winning the belt in March 2019 when he fought Tyron Woodley, and his career has reached a new high with another merciless performance against Covington.
The Nigerian Nightmare has defeated Covington twice, Jorge Masvidal twice, and Gilbert Burns once since becoming champion.
Usman remains undefeated in the UFC, having won 15 of his 15 fights, and has extended his professional MMA record to 20-1 after his win in New York.
"There's still bad blood but he's tough!"
The belt remains with Kamaru Usman but there's respect for his greatest opponent to date.#UFC268 pic.twitter.com/kJjpwv23aN
