At UFC 285 in Las Vegas, Jon Jones gloriously returned to the UFC after a three-year absence to defeat Ciryl Gane and claim the heavyweight title.

The American, who was competing for the first time at heavyweight, needed just two minutes to win two UFC title.

To prove he is the best fighter in MMA, Jones, 35, used a guillotine choke to make France’s Gane, 32, submit.

After the victory, Jones used the phrase “Baa” to refer to his “GOAT” (greatest of all time) status.

He has already taken part in 16 title fights for the UFC, and he has won each and every one of them, despite the fact that his victory against Daniel Cormier in 2017 was later ruled to be a no-contest.

Jones joins a select group of competitors, like Conor McGregor and his former foe Daniel Cormier, who have won UFC belts in two weight divisions.

“I’ve been working for this for a long time,” Jones said. “A lot of people thought I wouldn’t even be coming back. I’ve been faithful to my goal. I’ve been faithful to the mission.”

Two-time heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic was cageside watching the contest, and Jones immediately called out the former title holder.

“Stipe Miocic, I hope you’re training,” he said. “You’re the greatest heavyweight of all time and I want you. I want you real bad.”
