In a $20 million lawsuit, Chris Brown is accused of drugging and raping a woman

Chris Brown has been accused of sexual assault once again.

According to TMZ, the 32-year-old musician is accused of rapping a lady outside Diddy’s Star Island mansion in late 2020. Jane Doe, the plaintiff, alleges she was on FaceTime with a friend when Brown seized the phone and demanded her to come to Miami right away. The lady, who represents herself as a model, dancer, and musical artist, allegedly came on the property on December 20 and met Brown on a boat moored at Diddy’s home, according to the complaint.

Brown allegedly asked her if she wanted a drink shortly after she boarded the yacht. She accepted the offer and followed the singer into the yacht’s kitchen area, where she was served a mixed drink, according to the complaint. Jane Doe alleges that she and Brown started conversing before she was given a refill and that it was at that point that she had “an abrupt, unexplainable shift in awareness.”

The lady became “disoriented, physically unstable, and began to slip in and out of sleep,” according to the lawsuit. Brown then reportedly brought her to a bedroom and refused to let her go while she was “drugged.” Brown then took down her bathing suit bottom and kissed Jane Doe, according to Jane Doe. She alleges the artist continued to rape her despite her attempts to stop.

Brown then ejaculated within the lady, stepped up, and informed her he was “done,” according to the lawsuit.

Brown allegedly phoned Jane Doe the next day and asked that she take Plan B, a morning-after emergency contraceptive tablet. The lady alleges she followed instructions and did not report the event to authorities. Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, her attorneys, claim that their client did not go to the police because she felt humiliated.

The lady is demanding $20 million in damages for the mental distress she suffered as a result of the alleged assault.
