Galatasaray host top of the table Beşiktaş as this Istanbul derby may define which club in the capital lifts the Süper Lig title at the end of the season.
With just three games to go, Galatasaray are currently in third, six points behind Beşiktaş with Fenerbahçe in second, who are five points away from the top of the table.
The ball will be very much on the home side’s court on Saturday in what is surely a must-win match for Fatih Terim’s side. A draw would make things tough for Galatasaray with Beşiktaş having a 10+ goal difference over their rivals heading into the game at the Türk Telekom Stadium.
Beşiktaş also have the advantage head-to-head in the current campaign having won 2-0 against the Cimbom back in January at the Vodafone Arena.
Fenerbahçe will be kicking off at the same time (9:30pm local time) travelling to 18th-placed Ankaragücü, who need the points just as much as their opponents in escaping the relegation zone.
