According to reports, FIFA 23 will feature cross-play for the first time in the series’ history.
Users of the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC will be able to play together for the first time, along with a slew of new features. In addition, a new and better version of FIFA 22’s Hypermotion Technology will be deployed, allowing teams to capture animations using stadium cameras rather than motion-capture suits.
EA will also collect “over 100 times more data in a single season” than it has ever done in the franchise’s 29-year existence. For the next FIFA, the 2023 edition will include contain the men’s and women’s World Cup, as well as additional license deals with women’s leagues and teams.
FIFA, on the other hand, will not follow in the footsteps of Konami, who made their game free to play. The FIFA franchise has also dismissed rumors that the ‘FIFA’ brand name will be dropped.
