Tyler Sanders, who starred in shows such as 9-1-1: Lone Star and Fear the Walking Dead, died at his Los Angeles home on Thursday. He was 18 years old at the time.
Pedro Tapia, Sander’s agent, confirmed the unfortunate news in a statement to Deadline, but declined to provide any specifics.
“Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future,” Tapia said, adding that authorities are investigating the case. “He comes from a wonderful family, and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time.”
Officers arrived to Sanders’ home Thursday morning, according to TMZ, after getting a complaint of a person who wasn’t breathing. Authorities found the actor alone in the house and proclaimed him dead on the spot, according to reports. Investigators said they haven’t discovered any indication of wrongdoing or suspicious conduct.
Sanders’ cause of death has been “deferred, pending additional investigation,” according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
