Elon Musk challenges Vladimir Putin to a fight for Ukraine

Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, has challenged President Vladimir Putin to a fight, according to a tweet he sent out on Monday.

“I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat,” Musk wrote on Twitter. “Stakes are Ukraine,” he continued tweeting, writing the country’s name in its language.

In a tweet thread, he continued in Russian, saying, “Do you agree to this fight?” mentioning Kremlin’s English official account.

In late February, Musk turned on the Starlink satellite internet equipment in Ukraine. On his social media accounts, he has often shown his support for Ukraine.

According to UN estimates, more than 2.69 million people have fled to other countries since Russia commenced its assault on Ukraine.

In Ukraine, at least 596 civilians have been killed and 1,067 wounded, according to the report.

While the EU, the United States, and others have slapped sanctions on Moscow, numerous businesses and worldwide brands have halted operations in the country.
