Nathan “Doggface” Apodaca, who gained fame two years ago for his sweet TikTok video set to Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams,” was detained for marijuana possession.

According to TMZ, Idaho State Police pulled over Apodaca this week owing to an expired registration tag. The officer spotted snacks as Apodaca opened his glove compartment to look for his registration. After that, when police searched Apodaca’s car, they discovered three packages of THC gummies and a scraping device with a “sticky” coating.

The TikTok celebrity was detained on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia; he was later released after posting a $600 bond.

Apodaca stated that the officers never read him his Miranda rights in a statement to TMZ. He said that he had been wrongly accused of having a firearm in his possession, which is a criminal.

“During the arrest, the officers failed to read me my Miranda rights,” Apodaca explained. “Initially, when officers found weed they said they were only going to write a ticket. They then found a gun and told me I was under arrest because I had a felony on my record and I wasn’t allowed to possess a firearm.”
