Cardi B dares haters to “think about that” before criticizing her, claiming that she earned $1 million for a recent performance at a private event.

 

The huge payoff was revealed in a since-deleted tweet from Cardi, who told her 26 million Twitter followers that she earned $1 million for performing at a private event for elite bankers that had 400 attendees and lasted barely 35 minutes.

Cardi responded to an attempted insult from another Twitter user by instructing them to “think about that when you type about this Grammy winner,” before switching to all-caps to conclude the tweet, which also provided an excerpt of a document revealing the payment amount.

 

Even when the questioned tweet was taken down, screenshots of it kept appearing online.

Cardi also tweeted about the exclusive event again, this time providing pictures of the performance. That specific tweet is still active as of the time.
