Astroword Festival: Travis Scott will cover the funeral costs of concert victims and provide free mental health services through BetterHelp

Houston (TX)- Travis Scott will pay for the funerals of eight people who died on Friday night at NRG Park during the Astroworld Festival.

“Travis continues to have lively conversations with respect and proper connections with the individuals and families involved,” a mental health service provider said in a press release on Monday.

A rapper from Missouri City has also pledged to work with the firm to provide free one-on-one internet therapy sessions with certified therapists to people who have been touched by the disaster.

Hundreds of people were hurt and eight individuals were murdered, according to officials. Their relatives and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo formally recognized each of the eight fatalities.

BetterHelp claims to be the world’s biggest treatment service, with over 5,000 video sessions, chats, and mails completed each month.

Last weekend, Scott issued a message to express his condolences to those who had been affected. He also stated that he will collaborate with police and Houston city officials in the investigation into the incident.
