Aminata Diallo, a player for France and Paris Saint-Germain, has been arrested in connection with the attack on teammate Kheira Hamraoui

 

 

Aminata Diallo, a midfielder for Paris Saint – germain, Germain’s women’s was detained by French police on November 4th as part of an inquiry into an attack on teammates.

Diallo, who is 26 years old, was arrested on Wednesday morning.

PSG’s 4-0 win against Real Madrid in the Women’s Champions League on Tuesday also included France international.

The club announced in a statement that they were collaborating with police to “shed light on the facts.”

In addition to strongly condemning “the violence committed,” the club stated that after the incident, they have “taken all necessary measures to ensure the health, well-being, and safety of players.”

Diallo, who has seven appearances for France, joined PSG in 2016 and has appeared in over 60 games for the club.

Last season, she was on loan at Atletico Madrid.
