Amazon Prime Day Arrives on Monday – Here is What You Need To Know

Amazon Prime members will be searching for bargains starting on Monday in celebration of Amazon Prime Day.

Only the Black Friday sale edges this upcoming 48-hour sale with plenty of savings on offer as it arrives in June, rather than its traditional July date, which was pushed back to October.

Amazon Prime Day originally started in 2015, selling the online marketplace’s 20th anniversary and has since become a shopping extravaganza.

Popular retailers, especially those in the U.S. like Target, Walmart and Kohl’s have followed Amazon’s sale strategy.

Along with Prime Day, there will also be numerous amounts of Lightning Deals available – these are pop-up deals available between a two-to-six-hour period.

According to Forbes, there will also be a pre-Prime Day and post-Prime Day sale with the membership also including free delivery. If you’re yet to use Amazon Prime, you should be able to get a 30-day free trial.
