According to TMZ, former child star Amanda Bynes has been put on a psychiatric hold after being found while walking the streets naked.

The 36-year-old She’s the Man and The Amanda Show actress was reportedly seen walking through the streets of Los Angeles on Sunday (March 19) morning while waving for a car, according to an eyewitness. She explained to the driver that she was going through a psychotic episode, and she later called 911 to report the same to the police.

According to law enforcement officials, Bynes was brought to a local police station and, following a consultation with a mental health professional, was given a 5150 psychiatric hold. Although a 5150 psychiatric hold normally lasts 72 hours unless extended, she is anticipated to be in the hospital for a number of days. Bynes was not hurt in the event, according to sources. Bynes has reportedly been “off her meds” for an unkown period of time, according to her ex-fiancé Paul Michael, whom she accused of relapsing on crack cocaine last year.

Prior to the incident in Los Angeles this past weekend, US Magazine reported that Bynes had canceled her appearance at an All That reunion panel at ’90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut, last week. Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Lori Beth Denberg, and Danny Tamberelli were on the panel, though.

The news was released less than a year after the conclusion of her nine-year conservatorship. It was started in 2013, following her hospitalization and involuntary mental stay following a little fire she started in a California home’s driveway. During the conservatorship, her mother Lynn was given authority over her financial and medical affairs. In 2014, her manic depression and bipolar affective disorder were identified.
