After Squid Game, All of Us Are Dead is the second Korean drama to top the Netflix charts

According to NME, South Korea has made significant strides on Netflix, with the new show All of Us Are Dead being the second non-English series to reach the top ten. Last year’s autumn blockbuster Squid Game will be remembered by many, and zombie thriller All of Us Are Dead seems to be on the same path. According to NME, 124.79 hours of All of Us Are Dead were seen over the course of the week.

All of Us Are Dead was able to reach the Top 10 within seven days of its debut, whereas Squid Game was able to do it in only four. To be honest, All of Us Are Dead is very early in its run, so it’s unclear whether it’ll become the pop cultural giant that Squid Game did. Lee Jae-kyoo, Chun Sung-il, and Kim Nam-su developed All of Us Are Dead, which is based on the Naver webtoon Now at Our School. Park Ji-hu, Yoon Chan-young, Cho Yi-hyun, Park Solomon, and Yoo In-soo appear in the series.

All of Us Are Dead is in the Top 10 among some of Netflix’s most popular non-English titles, with Colombian opera Café con Aroma de Mujer coming in second. Non-English programming includes I Am Georgina, Neymar: The Perfect Chaos, and Our Beloved Summer, which make out the top five. I Am Georgina and Neymar: The Perfect Chaos, two of the five, are films on soccer players and their entourages: Georgina Rodriguez (Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner) and Neymar da Silva Santos, respectively.

Netflix has all twelve episodes of All of Us Are Dead accessible to watch right now.
