Bayern defender David Alaba has confirmed that he will be leaving the world champions in the summer after 13 years at the club, remaining secretive about his next move.
Alaba revealed to reporters earlier today at a press conference that he is ready to move on from the German giants where he won 24 major honours at, most recently lifting the Club World Cup having received a second Champions League winners medal last season.
The 28-year-oldโs departure from Bayern has been expected as his current contract expires in the summer having been back-up to emerging talent, Alphonso Davies.
Despite reported interest from Liverpool and Chelsea, Real Madrid are reportedly front runners according to Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports that Alaba will sign a four-year contract of โฌ10m net per season.
