According to recent rumours from Spain, Cristiano Ronaldo is about to agree to a massive £175 million per year contract with Al-Nassr and Saudi Arabia.

The deal will last for seven years, with the Portuguese superstar expected to play for two and a half years before accepting an ambassadorial position. His compensation will rise over the course of the deal.

Ronaldo, 37, has been looking for a new place to call home since since Manchester United fired him as a result of his shocking interview with Piers Morgan prior to the World Cup.

The agreement with Al-Nassr will be finalized within the next few hours, said Marca.

His duty as an ambassador will include supporting the Arab nation’s bid to host the 2030 World Cup alongside Egypt and Greece.

Al-Nassr is also ready to release three players to make room on the payroll to hire the seasoned forward.

Although negotiations have been going on for a while, progress was achieved just last week.

Prior to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, Ronaldo was connected to the Saudi Arabian club, but he remained focused on the event and declined to comment.
