It is a fact. Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have reportedly reached an understanding centered on their previously stated plan to separate, with the couple’s official divorce proceedings beginning in Florida on Friday.
The two, who were originally married in 2009 and have two children together, have “all worked out” a settlement, according to a source cited in a People article. The same source claims that Brady and Bündchen have decided on a joint parenting plan.
TMZ also covered the documents-filing development on Friday. They previously revealed that Brady and Bündchen were living apart following the former’s fictitious un-retirement. Following a first story claiming that documents were anticipated to be submitted on Friday, TMZ posted a second one revealing that Bündchen had in fact filed the required documents.
Brady and Bündchen both posted statements to Instagram about their highly publicized split shortly after the news surfaced.
