Two minors were allegedly groomed and molested by Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears for a 2013 Funny or Die sketch.
According to a complaint acquired by TMZ, the Girls Trip star forced a 14-year-old girl to participate in a sexual movie in which she was taught how to mimic the fellatio by Haddish. According to the girl, her brother, who is 7 years old, was brought to a house where the sketch “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” was filmed. Spears and Haddish are also accused of abusing the man.
According to reports, the two defendants, named Jane and John Doe in the lawsuit, suffer social difficulties as a result of their purported interactions with Haddish and Spears. Because she worries about being taken advantage of and “led down a path of false trust like the path that Haddish led her down,” Jane says she avoids partnerships. John claims that he covers every camera on his electronic gadgets with bandages because he has such a strong fear of being seen or filmed.
Andrew Brettler, Haddish’s attorney, dismisses the case as an effort to extract money from his client.
The mother of the two kids, who was apparently friends with Haddish before the sketch was filmed, claims that she and Spears were unable to come to a $15,000 settlement, so she filed the complaint to seek damages.
