Following Liverpool’s 3-1 win against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday afternoon, Jurgen Klopp was spotted giving bottles of beer to supporters.
With goals from Virgil van Dijk, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and Fabinho, the Reds reduced the distance on Premier League leaders Manchester City, who drew 1-1 with Southampton on Saturday.
In the second half, Palace fought valiantly, but their chances of salvaging a point were dashed when referee Kevin Friend gave Liverpool’s Diogo Jota a contentious penalty after a collision with Vicente Guaita.
Klopp, on the other hand, appears to have permitted his players to drink a well-earned beer on their trip home from London.
Outside Selhurst Park, the much-loved Liverpool manager stepped off the squad van and even handed out a couple bottles of beer to supporters eager to see their heroes.
