3 people arrested in alleged gym attack on rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine

On Thursday, three men were arrested in Florida on suspicion of assaulting 6ix9ine on March 21.

The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office tells The Associated Press that Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Octavious Medina, 23, and Anthony Maldonado, 25, are currently in arrest. They appeared in social media videos and surveillance cameras.

 

“The three suspects were being booked into Palm Beach County jail Thursday night, deputies said,” reads the AP’s brief report.

 

6ix9ine suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs, and back and was brought to the hospital. In one video that went viral right away, the 26-year-old was seen running off in socks while screaming, “Y’all n***as jumped me!”

 

“4 vs 1 y’all weak ass bitches against me..you win I pay you 10,000$ n if you lose you die,” Tekashi’s bodyguard challenged the attackers. , while Boosie Badazz tweeted in all caps, “We gotta start rewarding the real ones,” suggesting a GoFundMe for the now-arrested men.
